This means we have collaborated with Upbeet Farms, out of St. Peter, and created a delicious pizza using their spicy microgreens.
The pizza, named TBD, will be topped with creme fraiche, prosciutto, fresh peaches, homemade honey balsamic drizzle, and spicy micro greens!
Rain or shine, we move into the barn if it’s wet!
